Ordering & Pricing

How do I place an order?
Upload your 3D file (STL, OBJ, STEP, etc.) on our website, select your material, color, and finish, and receive an instant quote.

What file types do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ, STEP, IGES, and 3MF files. If you’re unsure, please contact us if you need help with file preparation.

How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the printing process, material, print time, part size, and any requested post-processing.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we accept single-part orders as well as large batch runs.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship throughout the USA?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, most orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Materials & Finishes

What materials do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, TPU (flexible), resin, and various metal options for industrial parts.

Do you offer post-processing services?
Yes. we offer sanding, painting, dyeing, vapor smoothing, and more depending on the material and your application.

Support & Design Help

I don’t have a 3D file. Can you help with design?
Yes, our design team can assist in creating or modifying a 3D model based on your concept or sketch.

What if my file has issues?
We run an automatic file check and will notify you if your file needs fixing. Our support team can also help with basic repairs or suggestions.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a 3D printed item?
Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is a defect or error on our end, we’ll evaluate the issue and offer a reprint or refund if appropriate.

What if my part arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and include photos of the damage. We will review and either reprint or issue a refund if appropriate.
